Melissa is the Founder of Boutique Event Planning! Melissa started her career in the hospitality industry and then ventured into a corporate event management position. It was an amazing experience and made the love she had for planning events even stronger. Melissa's ultimate goal is to get to know you and tailor a beautiful event to your unique personality, and for her team to have fun while doing it! 

Melissa was fortunate enough to marry her best friend, partner, motivator and forever Laker-game-date. Melissa and her husband have been blessed with three amazing, rambunctious boys!  In her spare time you can catch her sipping a refreshing cocktail by the pool, ordering shoes online or catching up on the latest celebrity gossip!

Hello, I am Melissa, and I am a mom, a wife, and a woman who thoroughly enjoys planning a great event!  

At the center of my passion is the influence and inspiration of my amazing family. I often draw on the unwavering support from my husband—my friend, sounding board, and occasional employee—to help bring visions to life. Having a young daughter at home helps keep me young at heart! From playing dress up to planning a Star Wars themed birthday party, my daughter is always there to keep me on my toes and make life entertaining. I truly cherish the opportunity to raise a strong young woman, and teach her the value of hard work.  I approach every event as if it were for my own family and I spare no effort!

My goal is to bring your event to life! Making sure every moment of your celebration is perfect, is my passion. I always say, “we create, you celebrate!” Let me show you how amazing your event can really be.
